Sponsorship

Depending on our finances, a limited number of sponsorships may be available for participants. Sponsorship will be considered upon request, only. Applicants should have a paper presentation in the FCT symposium, or in an affiliated event. Students without paper presentations who want to participate in FCT may still apply for scholarship but their applications are not prioritized. Sponsorship will be given up to the available finances, preferring student applicants and participants coming from countries with poor travel possibilities (like developing countries) will be favored more. See the Accommodation page for info about cheap accommodation possibilities in Oslo.

Applicants with student status should provide evidence of that fact. Likewise when applying because of lacking financial support from the home university. In the latter case we will require confirmation from the host institution. Note that we cannot guarantee that every applicant, even if eligible, will get support.

In matters of sponsorship, contact Cristian Prisacariu (cristi at ifi.uio.no).
